Q: How do I become a PintHub member?
A: You can become a PintHub member by purchasing on of the available plans in the app. On the subscription tab in the app you will see two available plans. The monthly plan provides you with a free beer at our venues everyday for a month while the yearly plan provides you with a free beer everyday for a year!
Q: How do I request my daily beer?
A: To request your beer, select the venue you are visiting from Venues tab. Once on the venue’s page within the app, select the beer you would like to request. The next screen will instruct you to show your phone to your bartender or server who will take it from there and serve you your drink.
Q: How often can I request a beer in the app?
A: You can request a new beer nce everyday at one of our participating venues.
Q: How much should I tip the server or bartender?
A: A $1-$2 tip per drink is suggested but feel free to show a little extra love.
Q: Can I use the app without purchasing a plan?
A: Yes, you can still use the app without a plan to search for great craft beer and the venues that carry them in your city. Only paid members will be able to use the app to enjoy a free beer everyday.
Q: Does my subscription automatically renew every month?
A: Yes, if you are on the monthly plan your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel within the app.
Q: Can I upgrade from a monthly plan to a yearly plan?
A: Yes, you can upgrade in the app from a monthly plan to a yearly plan. This option is available in the subscription tab.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: In the subscription section of the app there is an option to cancel your subscription. You will have full use of the app up until your current billing cycle ends.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding billing?
A: If you have questions regarding billing you can contact us via the message center in the app or email us at info@pinthub.com.
Q: What are the venue and beer ratings used for?
A: We implemented a rating system for beers and venues so that venues can obtain information on their business and beers that they offer. We will soon be exposing beer reviews to members as well.
Q: How often are new venues added?
A: We are constantly on the lookout for new places to add to our platform so that you can have more places to enjoy your PintHub membership. We will let you know via social media and our email newsletters whenever we add a new venue to the list.
Q: What cities is PintHub launching in next?
A: PintHub is currently available in Dallas and will be expanding to other great beer cities such as Austin, Denver, Boulder, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, and Chicago in the near future.
Q: Can I go to the same venue multiple times in a month?
A: Yes, you can visit a venue more than one time in the month. However, we do recommend that you explore all the venues that are listed in our app in order to discover all the great craft beer that your city has to offer.
